Visa Go Explore is a website that compiles offers from various merchants and travel agents across many destinations to Visa cardholders. The offers, deals and promotions are organized across several categories such as travel, dining, bars & cafes, retail, entertainment, health, and transportation. These offers are available to Visa cardholders and are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each offer (such offers and their terms and conditions may be amended at any time by Visa and/or the offering merchant/travel agent without prior notice).

What offers can I find on Visa Go Explore?

Visa cardholders can take advantage of great deals for flights, hotels, packages, sightseeing, car rentals and private transfers for their holidays and business trips, as well as enjoy onround offers for dining, shopping, spas and entertainment in their holiday destination or even right at home.

Are all the offers listed on Visa Go Explore available to all Visa cardholders? What about offers I receive from my bank?

Visa cardholders can enjoy the offers listed on Visa Go Explore. However, some offers are available only to certain types of Visa cards. Further, please note that specific terms and conditions are associated with the offers listed (such offers and their terms and conditions may be subject to amendments at any time by Visa and/or the offering merchant/travel agent without prior notice).

The offers you receive from your bank are valid for cards issued by your bank only. The promotions on Visa Go Explore are generally applicable to all Visa cardholders (some offers may only be available to certain types of Visa cards), regardless of the bank that issued the cards. Offers are also usually irrespective of country of Visa card issue as well.

Some offers on Visa Go Explore are specific to one or few card types e.g. Visa Debit, Visa PayWave or Visa Platinum, but most offers are applicable to all Visa cards.

How do I find offers on the Visa Go Explore website?

The website is primarily designed around promotions available in a destination.

• From the homepage at www.visagoexplore.com, select a destination from destinations list below. 
• A page of featured offers in that destination will load. Users may click on the promotion titles to view specific content about the offer.
• Choose to view a specific category of offers available or all the offers from the dropdown to the right of the Promotions by Destination title.

Users may also find offers from the "Find It For Me" application (linked from the right sidebar)

The deals found on Visa Go Explore are exclusively offered by the merchant or travel agent. Information on travel products and offers found on Visa Go Explore is provided by the merchants and travel agents. Please contact them directly if you have any queries on a specific promotion, offer or deal.

Many offers are travel-related. Is Visa providing an online travel agency service?

Visa is not a travel agent and is not providing any travel agency services whether through Visa Go Explore or otherwise. Instead, Visa has formed strategic alliances with various travel product providers to give Visa cardholders deals, discounts and offers when Visa cardholders pay for their flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers and car rental bookings with their Visa cards. All travel-related services are provided by the specific merchant/travel agent/travel product provider, and Visa is not involved in the provision of such travel-related services in any manner whatsoever.

What is a promotional code?

Some offers on Visa Go Explore come with a promotional code. This functions like an electronic voucher and cardholders need to enter the promotional code when they book the flight, hotel or package on the booking engine or strategic alliance website or merchant website.

In some cases, the promotional code needs to be quoted when making an over-the-phone booking or in person (e.g. in the case of dining offers) to enjoy the Visa offer.

How do I use the Find It For Me application?

The Find It For Me application allows users to select deals by specifying the destination, activities and promotions of interest. Users can choose from activities classified under Adventure and Sports, Culture and Sightseeing, Shopping, Spa and Pampering, and Romance.

Upon clicking the ee Resultsbutton, the offers that match the selected criteria will appear.

In addition, subscribers may also receive occasional electronic direct mailers highlighting specific offers for Visa cardholders in their country of residence.
